Welcome to the EYBL Series – Your Introduction to The Flow Player Yoga Program (EYBL = European Youth Basketball League – but here, “Youth” means Beginner) Whether you’re 10 or 65, if you’re new to The Flow Player program, this series is your starting point. The EYBL Series is designed to help you get your feet wet with intentional breathing, movement mastery and ultimately playing your game from your mat—no experience needed. This 4 practice beginner-friendly series introduces the core principles of The Flow Player method, focusing on mobility, balance, breath, and body awareness—key elements for your performance and everyday foundational fundamentals .
